Charles Coscia Library Mission Statement
The mission of the Charles Coscia Library is to provide an environment and resources that enrich, inspire and support students, faculty and parents, equipping students to develop a love of reading and to become lifelong learners—all in accordance with our Biblical worldview. The library serves as an extension of the classroom, reinforcing the curriculum and vision of the school.
Charles Coscia Library Website Objectives
The Charles Coscia Library provides students, teachers, and parents a variety of quality print and online resources. In addition to over 18,000 books, the library subscribes to several different online databases, giving students access to over 400,000 electronic resources. Miss McDaniel and Mrs. Wong are available to help you navigate these resources and to assist you in any way possible.
The Charles Coscia Library works closely with teachers to become an extension of the classroom and to help students find the resources and information needed. The library programs at FACS are designed to cultivate a love for reading while encouraging students to think critically, ask questions, and find answers to those questions in a welcoming, Christ-centered environment.
